Clare grew up near Portsmouth, Hampshire in the UK and studied Glass and Architectural glass at The Edinburgh College of Art in Edinburgh, Scotland. She most recently has worked at an independent studio in the JamFactory in South Australia. Her background in textiles plays large part in the development of her work with a focus on colour, pattern and texture.
